(1) Manufacturing process: Vacuum adsorption and hydraulic adsorption integrated molding production line, sandwich composite bonding, national A-level thermal insulation standard.
(2) Cabin material: Inner/outer wall panels made of high-quality fiberglass; middle insulation layer is XPS extruded polystyrene board (8cm thick top/side, 9cm thick bottom).
(3) Cabin accessories: Aluminum alloy edging, stainless steel corners/lock hinges/door frames, energy-saving LED lighting.
(4) Upgraded configuration: Electrophoretic paint on auxiliary beam, 30cm anti-collision plate inside cabin, five-tooth sealing strips.
